SOCIAL SCIENCE PROGRAMS

The programs on social sciences maximize your academic experience during the summer's short period through co-operation with different academic partners. Exposure to several academic institutions in different countries provides a valuable possibility for gaining comparative perspectives on chosen topics.

In summer 2013 the social science programs are:

- European and Russian Relations: Social Dimension
Level: Bachelor

- Three Universities Program: After the Empire - offered in co-operation with St. Petersburg State University (Russia) and Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (Ukraine)
Level: Bachelor

The social science programs provide insight into the impact of the recent economic and political chages into the societies of Europe, Estonia, Russia and Ukraine. The goal of the programs is to enable the participants to understand the historical factors behind the social develpments, the status quo and the scenarios for the future.
