How to Apply


We accept applications for Estonia: Technology, Innovation and European Competitiveness until 15 April 2013.

We accept applications for European and Russian Relations: the Social Dimension program and the 2nd Martens School on International Law until 3 June 2013.

For all other programs the application deadline is 21 May 2013.

We offer two possibilities for submitting your application:

1) For applying, please fill in and submit one of the following online application forms:

The forms are sent over a secure connection and some browsers might request a security certificate exception or warn of a security threat. Please confirm the exception and/or continue to the form. Within one week after submitting the application you will be notified if you are accepted into the program and you will receive Letter of Acceptance. The program fee payment deadlines are:

  • European and Russian Relations: the Social dimension - 15 June 2013;
  • Three Universities program After the Empire: The Collapse of Communism and Beyond (program offered in co-operation with St. Petersburg State University and Kyiv-Mohyla Academy) - 1 June 2013;
  • Contemporary Baltic Capitals: New Business Opportunities (program offered in co-operation with the University of Latvia and Vilnius University) - 1 June 2013;
  • Estonia: Technology, Innovation, and European Competitiveness - 2 May 2013;
  • 2nd Martens School on International Law - 1 June 2013;
  • European Integration: From West to East (program offered in co-operation with Utrecht University) - 1 June 2013.
The fee covers participation in lectures, meetings, site visitations organized as part of the academic program. The fee also covers the cost of course materials handed to the participants during the course. The fee covers the accommodation in hostels during the academic program (two persons in one room), breakfast, participation in the field-trips, transportation between the cities and countries where the program is conducted, and other cultural events organized for all the participants of the International Summer University.
