How to Apply


We accept applications for European and Russian Foreign Policy program until 4 June 2012.

For the Three Universities Program and for the European Integration: the EU from West to East application deadline is 20 May 2012.

We offer two possibilities for submitting your application:

1) For applying, please fill in and submit one of the following online application forms:

Within one week after submitting the application you will be notified if you are accepted into the program and you will receive Letter of Acceptance. The program fee payment deadlines are:

  • European and Russian Foreign policy and Security Challenges in the New Millennium - 14 June 2012;
  • Three Universities program After the Empire: The Collapse of Communism and Beyond (program offered in co-operation with St. Petersburg State University and Kyiv-Mohyla Academy) - 2 June 2012;
  • Contemporary Baltic Capitals: New Business Opportunities (program offered in co-operation with the University of Latvia and Vilnius University - 2 June 2012;
  • European Integration: From West to East (program offered in co-operation with Utrecht University) - 2 June 2012.
The fee covers participation in lectures,meetings, site visitations organized as part of the academic program. The fee also covers the cost of course materials handed to the participants during the course. The fee covers the accommodation in hostels during the academic program (two persons in one room), breakfast, participation in the field-trips, transportation between the cities and countries where the program is conducted; and other cultural events organized for all the participants of the International Summer University.
